One hell of a Christmas wish!!
Nona, once matriarch of the Ridgeway family passes away leaving her family devestated by her loss. The four cousins come together to support one another during this time grieving and remembering. Then an out of the blue accident throws together Genny and Connor who had dated and broken up twelve years ago. Old hurts come to the surface and they find themselves drawn to one another again even after all these years.
But Connor also has a little secret, one that he's not sure if Genny will be willing to accept once she finds out.
OMG! I loved this story from the beginning and even though it made me think of my own Grandma that passed in 2012 it was still a very awesome story. I loved reading about two people who've been apart for years, have lead seperate lives and done things making them into the people they are, come back together after all those years and finding love. *sighs dreamily*
Although I did want to smack Genny and Connor both for being so stubborn and bull headed a couple times, thank God they worked it out with a little help. ;)
Can't wait to read more in this cute series, and this author in the future!
